Computer Specifications
- Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (2018 or newer)
- 8GB RAM minimum, 16GB recommended
- 256GB available storage space
- Dedicated graphics card not required
- USB ports for external devices
- Webcam and microphone for virtual sessions
Internet & Connectivity
- Broadband connection minimum 10 Mbps
- 25 Mbps recommended for video sessions
- Stable connection for 3-hour sessions
- Backup connection option preferred
- WiFi or ethernet both acceptable
- Upload speed minimum 2 Mbps

Technical Support When You Need It
Setting up technology shouldn't be a barrier to learning. Our technical support team helps students get their systems ready before the first class begins.
We run a system check session two weeks before each program starts. This gives us time to troubleshoot any issues and ensure everyone begins with confidence.
During the program, technical assistance is available during all live sessions. Most connectivity issues can be resolved within minutes, so you won't miss important content.
